- 4 cl Absinth 66®
- 8 cl of champagne
- 1 sugar lump
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitter
"Death in the Afternoon" was Ernest Hemingway's favorite drink. It is celebrated in proper style by adding 4 cl Absinthe 66® and a lump of sugar soaked with Angostura Bitter to a champagne bowl and topping it up with champagne.
