Legal information and terms and conditions

There is a statutory right to liability for goods.

Price information: The total price of the goods including all taxes and duties is specified in the respective offer. The shipping costs may also be added. Please read about this in the next section.

Shipping cost information: The shipping costs to Germany are: 6,95 €. For orders with a total price (amount of goods) of 75,00 € there are no shipping costs on your order. The total price of the goods and the shipping costs do not include any import duties, taxes or fees that may be incurred for deliveries to non-EU countries.

Protection of minors: Our products are only shipped to people of legal age! Our shipping service provider carries out an age verification on delivery.

Delivery time information: We ship no later than the second working day after receipt of payment. The delivery date is also based on the shipping time. Experience has shown that this is three working days. The delivery is therefore expected to reach you no later than the fifth working day after we have received your payment.

Technical steps to conclude a contract: You can select an article by pressing the corresponding screen switch (button). By pressing the button "Add to Cart“Put the item in the shopping cart. You can register in our shop (create an account). The following data will be requested: your first name, your name, your email address and a password you have assigned. If you have logged in, the step of entering your personal order data will be skipped.

Information on storage and accessibility: We save the content of the contract confirmation email, which contains the contract text. In order to save the contract text permanently, you should save and print out the contract confirmation email. When concluding the contract, you will see the contract provisions including the general terms and conditions on the screen. Immediately after the conclusion of the contract, you will be informed of this by email. This gives you the opportunity to save the contractual provisions, including the general terms and conditions, on a permanent data carrier by e.g. Save the email we sent you or take a screenshot of the offer and print it out. In addition, we recommend that you print out the respective offer displayed on the screen and keep it.

Detection and correction of input errors: An effective and accessible technical means of correcting input errors is the "one page back" button on your browser. You can use this to correct input errors. This is possible until you click on "to buy“Have pressed. Another effective technical means for recognizing input errors is e.g. the enlargement function when displaying your browser. Contract language, Codes of Conduct: You can use German to conclude a contract. We are not subject to any codes of conduct. 

Information, notification and advice: We hereby inform you that we collect, process and use personal data through electronic data processing (EDP) to the extent necessary for the purpose of establishing, structuring or changing the sales contract (purchase transaction). The fulfillment of the sales contract, of which you are one of the contractual parties as a customer, constitutes a legal requirement at the level of European law for us to process your personal data (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DS-GMO).
